How to apply for a HAPPY Card in Haryana?
STEP1. To apply for the Haryana HAPPY Card, begin by visiting the official Haryana Transport Department website.

STEP2. Locate and click the “Apply Happy Card” button on the homepage.

STEP3. You’ll be prompted to enter your family identity card number and a captcha code. After clicking “Send OTP to Verify,” an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.

STEP4. Upon successful verification, family member details will be displayed. Select the individual for whom you wish to apply for the Happy Card, then provide their mobile and Aadhaar card numbers.
STEP5. Enter the captcha code and click “Send OTP.” Verify the Aadhaar-linked OTP.
STEP6. Finally, click “Apply.” You can cross-reference the applicant’s name with the Haryana Ration Card List for confirmation.
STEP7. After a 15-day processing period, the Happy Card can be collected from your nearest roadways office.
