RTE Haryana Classes Available: LKG to 1st
Age Limit:
For families earning less than or equal to ₹1,80,000 / EWS: –
- For Pre School / Nursery [3 to 4 years]: Born between – and – (both dates included). –
- For Pre Primary / K.G [4 to 6 years]: Born between – and – (both dates included). –
- For 1st Class [Above 5.6]: Born between – and – (both dates included).
Eligibility:
This applies to children from SC / ST / EWS / CWSN / BPL / Orphan / HIV Affected backgrounds, or those from families with an income of ₹1,80,000 or less. Applicants must be permanent residents of Haryana. After-school programs.
Fees:

RTE Haryana Admission 2025-26:Eligibilty Criteria in Hindi
इस योजना के अंतर्गत ₹1,80,000 या इससे कम वार्षिक आय वाले EWS (आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग) के परिवारों के बच्चों को शिक्षा का अवसर दिया जाता है। यदि बच्चा प्री-स्कूल या नर्सरी में प्रवेश लेना चाहता है, तो उसकी जन्म तिथि 3 से 4 वर्ष की आयु के दायरे में होनी चाहिए। वहीं, प्री-प्राइमरी या के.जी. के लिए बच्चे की उम्र 4 से 6 वर्ष के बीच होना अनिवार्य है। पहली कक्षा में प्रवेश हेतु बच्चे की आयु 5.6 वर्ष से अधिक होनी चाहिए, जिसकी पुष्टि जन्म तिथि के आधार पर की जाती है (सभी तिथियां शामिल होंगी)।
इस योजना का लाभ केवल उन्हीं बच्चों को मिलेगा जो अनुसूचित जाति (SC), अनुसूचित जनजाति (ST), आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग (EWS), दिव्यांग (CWSN), बीपीएल कार्डधारी, अनाथ या एचआईवी प्रभावित परिवारों से आते हैं, और जिनकी पारिवारिक आय ₹1.80 लाख सालाना या उससे कम है। इसके अतिरिक्त, आवेदक का हरियाणा राज्य का स्थायी निवासी होना आवश्यक है। इस पूरी आवेदन प्रक्रिया के लिए किसी भी प्रकार का कोई शुल्क नहीं लिया जाता है, यानी यह पूरी तरह निशुल्क है।
